You can book an Uplex airport transfer from anywhere, at any hour. The price is in Australian dollars and fixed when you book, times are Melbourne time, and your details reach you by email if your number is not Australian.

Times are Melbourne time
Pickup times are entered and shown in Melbourne time, marked AEST, or AEDT while daylight saving runs. When you arrive on a long-haul flight, check the landing date in Melbourne: it can be the day after you leave.
For an arrival, add your flight number. We follow the flight and move the pickup with it, early or late, and the first 60 minutes of waiting at the airport are included.
Prices and paying
- Prices are in Australian dollars, and the price you confirm is the price you pay. Tolls, parking and airport fees are already inside it.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay when you book, and your card is charged in Australian dollars. Your bank may add its own fee for paying in a foreign currency.
- Or pay the driver at the end, by card or cash. A card surcharge may apply when you pay the driver by card, and the receipt then comes from the driver.
- Cancellation is free up to 30 minutes before pickup.
Your phone number and messages
The booking form takes numbers from any country. We can only send text messages to Australian mobiles, so with an overseas number your booking code and confirmation come by email, and your chauffeur calls that number on the day. Make sure it can take calls in Australia, or book for a travelling companion with an Australian mobile.

Arriving at Melbourne Airport
International flights arrive at Terminal 2. After passport control, baggage and customs, your chauffeur meets you one of two ways: inside the terminal with your name, if you add meet and greet, or with a text telling you where to meet once you land. How meeting your driver works.
