Nothing you need to handle. Every airport booking is tied to live flight data, so the pickup moves with the aircraft — early or late. You do not need to call us, and the price you agreed does not change.
Yes. The figure you agree to at booking is the figure you pay. Tolls, parking and airport fees are already inside it. There is no surge pricing, on any day, at any hour.
Add meet and greet when you book and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at the arrivals barrier with your name, and takes your bags from there; its charge is shown before you confirm. Without it, your chauffeur texts you where to meet once your flight lands. Either way, once a chauffeur is assigned, we send you their name.

At any hour, on any day. Schedule a pickup for the day and time you need, or choose Now when you book and the nearest chauffeur is booked for the earliest time the form offers, about an hour from now. For anything sooner, write to hey@uplex.com.au.
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 30 minutes before pickup, under Manage a booking or in your account, and a card payment is refunded in full. Within 30 minutes of pickup, the fare stands.
On request. Write to hey@uplex.com.au before you book with the date, the trip and what you need, and we confirm whether a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available before you travel.
Card or Apple Pay at booking, and the figure you agreed is the only one that reaches your statement. Or pay the driver at the end by card or cash: a card surcharge may apply, and the receipt comes from the driver.
